When will my coffee be roasted?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans daily in our Melbourne facility. Your order is typically roasted and packed within 24-48 hours of placement.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping within Melbourne can arrive as early as the next day.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans. You can choose your favorite blend, set your delivery frequency, and save 10% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns for opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Do you provide whole beans or pre-ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes including Espresso, Aeropress, Stovetop, and Filter to suit your brewing method.
